Bolzano

 On Monday 5th May, it wasa rainy day so we caught the local bus into Bolzano. We were pleasantly surprised by the old town and by a few bits of sunshine too. Enjoyed lunch there as well. 

We caught the bus home and had an easy dinner in the room. The next day we drove back to Bolzano to return the car and  head to Salzburg. We had to take a bus as our train had been cancelled to Innsbruck. It was an interesting bus ride with lots of tunnels etc on the Brenner pass. In Innsbruck we managed to get on an earlier train and our friends, Penny and John, were on it as well! We then walked to our apartments and settled in.
