Smad Camp

 This week the 4 grandchildren went to Smad Camp at Canberra Baptist Church. It was amazing and they had so much fun. I went each afternoon to help with sewing. It was hectic at times but such fun. There are too many photos but lovely to see the many activities and the fun. It is run by 2 amazing young women and many wonderful young leaders who give up a week of their holidays to run this program. No wonder it books out in 10 minutes!!! 

Happy New Year

 I am just a little late to wish you a happy new year! Not sure what has happened to the first few weeks of 2022. I seem to have lost my stitching mojo a little but have enjoyed reading and have been spending some time last week with the grandies. We went to several parks during the week and they have come over for swims.

The miss had a lovely morning with Miss Laura on Thursday. 

Before Christmas the miss had her first dance concert, She did very well. Here she is all dolled up ready to go.

What can I share stitching wise! I made this decoration before Christmas. It was a kit that I bought many years ago at the lovely Canberra Needlework shop.

I also received this gorgeous glass decoration from Paddy. It is just beautiful. Of course the decorations are all away now and we are back to normal.
