Show and tell and parties

It has been a busy but lovely week here with the last of my classes for this year and some very pleasant parties. On Wednesday, the afternoon ladies have been very productive and it was very motivating to see what they have completed. We were very impressed with Roni's amazing button and pin trees!

Paddy had finished her lovely stocking.
Jayne has been working on her bag and here it is all finished. I did try to take it home with me as it is so my colours. She is making a whole gorgeous set of stitching bags using the Indigo range.

In the evening we had a lovely Christmas party at the shop this year. I was having such a good time that I forgot to take very many pictures. We do a secret Santa but I only captured a couple of the gifts though they were all lovely. This lovely decoration is all made with paper!
 Margaret made these cute decorations.
Sue was wearing this cute Santa brooch. We all wanted one too.
Yesterday the Wednesday morning ladies went out for High tea for our party. Delicious food and lots of chat made it a very nice morning. We had a little raffle to raise money for charity and these were the prizes. Doreen did a wonderful job running the raffle. We raised $230 and plan to use the money to enable a 3rd world woman to get a sewing machine.
