Penrith, Moffat and Glasgow

On Sunday, 4th August, we left Meriden and drove to Penrith, which is a cute town on the way to Glasgow. We wandered around the town checking out a lovely old school house that is now a museum and the little shops. On Monday we enjoyed our first included cooked breakfast and then walked up to the ruins of the Penrith Castle.

We then drove to Moffat and enjoyed morning tea and lunch there and then a wander around the pretty little town.

We then headed to Glasgow. We were not too impressed with our apartment! Couldn't get the hot water to work! Still we walked to the Kelvingrove Museum, which was absolutely amazing.
