Perth

 Early on the 5th October, expecially as daylight saving started, we flew to Perth to visit the family. We had a lovely time together. We went on some outings and even saw some wildflowers. We and our girls also went to Nabu for lunch. It was amazing.

We caught lots of public transport and even played darts and explored Fremantle. 

We had a great day at Kings Park. 

Flowers

 The Thursday group had a lovely lunch and wander around Tulip Top Gardens last week. It was such a delight.

Then on Saturday, with lots of other people, we went into Floriade. It was perfect weather and the flowers were so bright and colourful.

Stitching updates

 Lovely to see some delightful show and tell at stitching over the last few weeks. Beth has finished her gorgeous kit from the UK. It is so beautiful.

Roni has made this magnificent stocking!!!

The evening girls had lovely quilts to show us! 

I have been busy too. I made a little purse for a friend's 70th birthday recently. 

I have had great fun knitting a couple of sea glass beanies! So great to use up your woolly scraps. I have also been busy knitting a cardigan for my daughter. I have had to learn lots of new things and will share it soon.

I am also enjoying a bit of foundation piecing on these little trees to frame these lovely Natalie Bird stitcheries, which were stitched a while ago.
