Sorry this is blurry but this is the main room at Glenharrow where we came to get lollies, biscuits, coffee and tea and where morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea were served.
Great selection of lollies.
Rosalie and Leanne also sold some of their older samples which was very popular. One of the ladies at our table bought this special bag decorated with lovely vintage buttons. It is lying on a table runner made with Rosalie's fabric.
And here is the start, after lollies and biscuits, of morning tea. Everything was presented so beautifully.

We did actually stitch....
There was so much to see that it was hard to get down to work! Here are some pictures of the room and the stitchers.

Stitch-in at Glenharrow
Time to flash back to last week and look at some of the photos taken at the Stitch-in at Glenharrow. Leanne and Rosalie had decorated the already delightful venue with lots of their stitching samples. It was hard to get started with our stitching as there was so much to see. The building is very rustic and lovely with lots of old furniture and timber walls and so much character. There were pots of flowers everywhere. Here is a bag by Leanne and the samples and some gorgeous jonquils.
Here are Leanne's special pincushions and doileys. Just had to get that pattern.
These are 2 of Leanne's quilts. The first is her recent block of the month. The red bags on the tables had our kits in them for the two projects and a lovely cookie cutter on the outside.
It was a very cool day and even the lovely fires and gas heaters battled to keep us all warm.

Queanbeyan Stitching day
On Sunday we went to Queanbeyan to have another stitching day with the ladies from the Queanbeayan Quilters. Here they are busy getting organised.
Rebecca came again, from Cute as a Button, with her lovely Nancy Halverson goodies and I was naughty and added to my stash if Nancy fabric and hangers!
Here is Fiona helping one of the ladies. Behind her is Jen with her stall of quilt kits and fabric.
Couldn't resist taking a picture of this lovely scissor keeper being used by one of the stitchers.

More stitching ladies
Here are some of my Wednesday night girls with me at the stitching day.
Carol, Wendy and Kay are sisters and come each time and they have 2 lovely friends and Carol's sister-in-law stitching with them this year.
Another view of the busy room. Lots of concentration here though there was so much chat, eating and socialising throughout the day.
Here are a few other girls hard at work.
