This and that

 It was so lovely to head out on Wednesday and attend all my different groups. Morning stitching was here, then lunch, then afternoon stitching and for the first time in months, the night girls headed back to the club. It was such fun to catch up and there was some show and tell. I didn't capture it all but here are a few to inspire you. Roni has been busy again and has made a delightful mini version of our tree skirt.

The week before Roni has crocheted these great birds, which are a free pattern on the Attic 24 blog.

In the evening, Margaret has been busy on the machine making this great runner and some quilts. We just loved the colours and I especially love the stars.

I have been slowly cross stitching this sampler and am very pleased with it.

I am still trying to make up old projects and found this stitchery, designed but Rosalie Dekker, in my stash and made it up into a folder cover.

Wednesday afternoon

Sue brought another lovely stitched folder to class today and we were all so envious. This is the front. It even has my initial on it!

This is the inside. Isn't it lovely? Sue was telling us that she bought some of the fabric at a shop in Paris. What a lovely memory of a special shop.

Jenny was also using this special little thread bag that Sue had made for her.
