Tulip Top Gardens

 We had a lovely time at Tulip Top Gardens last Thursday for our end of term lunch for the Thursday group. It cooled down in the afternoon but was perfect in the morning. Our pot luck lunch was very delicious too.

Stitching progress

 I have been busy this month catching up on the Owl and Hare Hollow BOM. I have completed Part 4 which is very exciting. It is nice to be up to date.

As part 4 is done I was able to work on a few other projects. I have finished this lovely bag designed by Anni Downs. The front and back stitching was done but it needed putting together. 

Family and stitching

 We had a delightful lunch for Father's Day at Lyndal and Nick's place. It was a lovely sunny day so we could eat on the deck. The children enjoyed the spa.

I have just completed Part 3 of the Owl and Hare Hollow BOM. I am enjoying all the hand stitching but it is time consuming! 

Lovely to see Barbara's lovely finishes at stitching on Wednesday night. She has made this very cute bag and the Merry part of the Rosalie Dekker bunting.

It was also lovely to catch up with Fiona in Canberra this week. She was babysitting two of her grandchildren but as they go to school and preschool we were able to catch up and chat and stitch.
