Cheltenham and on to Hay-on-Wye

We checked out of our hotel and headed into town to look at the Regency architecture. We went to the Pittville Pump Rooms were people used to go for the healing "waters".

We then joined a very informative walking tour of the Regency areas of Cheltenham. Several of the King Georges came here for the waters too.

We then set off to Hay-on Wye to visit Penny and John. It was lovely to sit in the sun on their back verandah in the afternoon and then to head to the Three Tuns for a delicious dinner.
